Hello, I'm Louise

Welcome to Open Path Counselling Services.

I know that reaching out for support isn't always easy, but you don't have to face life's challenges alone. I provide a warm, accepting and confidential space where you can feel heard, understood and supported.

Using a person-centred approach, I'll work alongside you at your own pace, helping you explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that feels right for you.

As the parent of a neurodivergent child, alongside my professional experience, I understand that every person's experience is unique. I offer a neurodiversity-affirming approach, adapting my practice to meet your individual needs in a way that feels safe, respectful and supportive.
