Adult Counselling

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, low self-esteem or significant life changes. Individual counselling offers a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement.

Using a person-centred approach, I'll support you at your own pace, helping you better understand yourself, build resilience and find a path forward that feels right for you.

Children & Young People's Counselling

Growing up can bring many challenges, and every child or young person experiences life's ups and downs in their own way. I provide a safe, supportive and neurodiversity-informed environment where young people aged 11–17 years can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences without fear of judgement.

Whether they are experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, friendship or family difficulties, bereavement, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I'll work alongside them with empathy, understanding and compassion. My aim is to help each young person build confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing at a pace that feels right for them.

Welcome

Trauma Informed Counselling

Through my work with local charities and specialist organisations, I have supported survivors of sexual abuse, sexual violence, and other traumatic experiences. This experience has shaped a trauma-informed approach that recognises the lasting impact trauma can have on emotional wellbeing, relationships, and daily life.

I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Working collaboratively, I aim to help you rebuild confidence, strengthen resilience, and move towards healing in a way that feels right for you.

Community Outreach

I believe that everyone should have access to compassionate, professional support. Alongside my private practice, I'm committed to supporting the wider community through voluntary counselling and outreach work.

Through my work with local charities and organisations, I provide trauma-informed counselling to survivors of sexual violence and abuse, as well as emotional support for children and young people. This work reflects my commitment to making counselling accessible, building resilience and supporting emotional wellbeing within our community.

Are you a student?

I offer a reduced rate for counselling students. If you're currently studying, please get in touch by email or phone before booking to discuss the student rate. A valid student ID will be required before your first session.
